St Margaret’s United Reformed Church South Shields is situated among a large area of former social housing, but many of the former council properties have now become privately owned under the right to buy scheme. Attendance at Sunday worship has increased recently, and we are encouraged by the support of our neighbours at the various events we put on during the year, including the annual Garden Party and Christmas Bazaar.
